I have recently developed and launched ThreadHound, an AI-powered search platform for WhatsApp and Email communities. The software threads and indexes conversations in WhatsApp and email messages, surfacing relevant knowledge that can be accessed via an integrated AI chatbot, or else via an API or MCP server in a user’s own AI agent.
A comprehensive UX also provides community owners or company managers with access to relevant statistics such as engagement levels, messages and media and full analytics.
I developed the project from scratch with an integrated product & development stack, taking an AI-first approach to pipelining user requirements directly through to agentic builders.
Currently, the project is in an early stage with selected pilot customers and early revenue.
